USE OF THE RENTAL PREMISES

The renter must personally occupy the premises and house. All facilities are in working order and the renter must report any discrepancies to the owner within 24 hours after entering the premises. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during rental will be charged to the renter (deducted from the deposit). 

The renter must ensure that the occupants the premises and house do not disturb the tranquility of the neighborhood. 

The presence of animals is prohibited.


A reasonable amount of electricity and water are included in the rental price. Please respect this by not over consuming. For example, do not leave the outdoor lighting on all night.

INSURANCE DURING RENTAL PERIOD

The owner will provide the necessary insurance for the rental property as required by French law.

The owner accept no responsability for any injury or loss suffered by the tenant, the tenant's family or tenants guests. It is the tenant's responsibility to take out insurance to cover his party risk, particulary illness, cancellation, accident or damage to and loss or theft of personal goods and possessions.


INVENTORY OF THE RENTAL PROPERTY

The housing guide given at the entrance to the premises will serve as an inventory.

The tenant will have a period of 24 hours to report any discrepancies. After this time, the rented property will be regarded as free from damage.

In case of non-completion of inventory, due to a start time other than that stipulated in the rental agreement, the owner will make the situation during the time of departure.

INTERRUPTION OF THE RENTAL PERIOD

In the event of an early termination of the rental by the renter, the rental payment will not be refunded.


CANCELLATION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT

There will be no refund in case of cancellation or failure to use the rental premises during the rental period.

CANCELLATION BEFORE THE DATE OF STAY

Any cancellation will respect the cancellation clauses stipulated in the section reserved for this purpose.

Cancellations for a reservation taken from our website or direct can be processed from the site or directly with us. Cancellations for a reservation taken on a platform are to be processed directly with the platform. This is the platform that will then contact us.

SMOKING & ANIMALS

Our rentals are non-smoking and do not accept animals.
